2. 02What we process

   Your name, phone number and email; the class you’re interested in, your experience level and preferred days/times; anything you write in message fields. For instructor applications, also your disciplines, experience, certifications, links you share and your CV.

3. 03Why

   To answer trial-class and booking requests, contact you, plan the right class, handle private lesson and event requests, and review instructor applications. If you opt in separately, to tell you about new classes, workshops and offers.

4. 04Legal basis and collection

   Data is collected electronically through website forms, WhatsApp, phone and email. Replying to your request and setting up a membership rely on KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) (forming or performing a contract) and Art. 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest). Marketing messages rely only on your separate opt-in.

5. 05Sharing

   We never share your data for marketing. Form submissions pass through our hosting and form providers; where those are abroad, transfers follow KVKK Art. 9. Data may be shared with authorities where the law requires it.

6. 06Retention

   Booking and contact requests are kept for up to 1 year after they are resolved; instructor applications for up to 6 months after review, then deleted or anonymised.

7. 07Your rights

   Under KVKK Art. 11 you can ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, learn who it was shared with, object, and claim compensation. Send requests by email.

8. 08Cookies

   This site only uses the technical storage it needs to work; no advertising or analytics cookies. The map only loads from Google Maps when you press “Show map”.
